My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

All our orders are sent via tracked delivery, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Most orders arrive within 5 working days of payment. If you selected next-day delivery at checkout (UK only), your order should arrive the following working day. If your parcel seems delayed, please check your tracking link first or contact us.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

No, we don’t deliver on UK public holidays. If you place an order during a holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes — we deliver across the UK, USA, and most European countries. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Yes, for UK customers only. If you select next-day delivery at checkout, your order will be prioritised for next-day shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

All parcels are tracked and some may require a signature. If your order does need one, you’ll be informed when we provide your tracking number.
